About Me
I work with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck—whether that’s in their relationship with food, their body, themselves, or each other. Many of my clients are navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, or relationship challenges, and are ready for things to feel different, even if they’re not sure where to begin.
I approach therapy as a collaborative and compassionate process. Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, while creating space for healing, growth, and more self-understanding. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to show up fully as yourself, with honesty, curiosity, and even a little humor along the way.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in a person-centered, psychodynamic approach. I focus on creating a supportive, collaborative space where we can explore your inner world, past experiences, and relational patterns with curiosity and care. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, with an emphasis on building self-compassion, deepening emotional awareness, and developing more meaningful, sustainable ways of coping and connecting.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I don’t take that lightly. It’s an honor to sit with people in their stories and support them in building lives that feel more connected, aligned, and authentic.
