Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified. I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide a superbill to submit for out-of-network reimbursement upon request. While sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, longer sessions may be arranged as needed at a prorated cost.
1 \ INDIVIDUAL THERAPY · 45 - 50 mins

Available for children, teens,
and adults seeking a weekly dedicated time and space to address their concerns. I have experience in a wide variety of areas, but you can take a look at my specialities here.
2 \ COUPLES THERAPY · 50 mins
An attachment-based approach for couples looking to improve their relationship dynamics, address communication issues, enhance intimacy, and/or resolve conflict. Couples of every kind are welcome. LGBTQIA+ allied and kink allied.
3 \ FAMILY THERAPY · 60 mins
A systems approach to supporting families in navigating difficult dynamics and/or transitions by exploring relational issues, identifying problematic patterns, and improving healthy communication.
4 \ CLINICAL SUPERVISION & CONSULTATION
Available to treatment centers and licensed therapists looking for clinical expertise and support, or pre-licensed associates needing to accrue clinical hours toward licensure. Please contact me directly to discuss rates.
Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time or they will be held responsible for paying the full fee for the missed session.
